Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the items ordered and the delivery address. Therefore, the correct shipping costs can only be displayed after you enter the delivery address.

Delivery times:

Netherlands/Belgium:

All orders we receive before 4 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped the same day with PostNL. Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered the next day (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Europe:

All orders we receive before 2 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped the same day with DPD. Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within 2-3 days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

United Kingdom:

We typically keep all items in stock at our warehouse in the UK, so your order will be shipped locally to ensure the fastest possible delivery time. All orders received by 4:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day. Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered the next day (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Rest of the World:

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within 5-10 days (excluding Sundays and holidays). If the webshop indicates that we cannot ship to your address, please contact us at contact@topbuxus.com so we can see what we can do for you.
