Use of information, data protection and internet privacy

TOPBUXUS BV endeavours to safeguard the privacy of visitors to its website as much as possible. However, the safety of information transmitted via the Internet cannot be guaranteed. In the following paragraphs you will find a general description of the type of information that is collected on the website of TOPBUXUS BV and the way in which TOPBUXUS BV uses this information. 

Personal data

Other data

For the purposes of internal management and statistics, TOPBUXUS BV may also process information that cannot be traced back to natural persons, such as the number of visits to our websites, the number of visitors to each page of our websites and the IP addresses of the internet service providers of our visitors. We use this information, which remains anonymous, to understand how our visitors use our websites so that we can improve them. We may also share this information with other companies. NO PERSONAL INFORMATION IS DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES IN THIS PROCESS. 

The use of IP addresses

An Internet Protocol (IP) address is a group of digits that is automatically assigned to your computer each time you log on to your Internet service provider or through your organisation's local area network (LAN) or wide area network (WAN). (Web servers automatically identify your computer based on the IP address assigned to your computer while you were online). 

TOPBUXUS BV may collect IP addresses for system administration and to monitor the use of our websites. We do not normally link a user's IP address to information that can be traced back to a user. This means that each visit by a user is logged, but that the user remains anonymous to us. However, we may use IP addresses to identify users of our site if we believe it is necessary to do so in order to enforce the terms governing use of our website or to protect our services, our site or other users.

As a service to our users, the TOPBUXUS BV website may contain links to other websites of TOPBUXUS BV and to websites of third parties, over which TOPBUXUS BV exercises no control.
