Return policy

If you'd like to return your order, we're always here to help! You can return our products for free within 30 days. Items must be returned complete and in their original packaging. Once we've received your return in good condition, you'll get your money back within a few days.

Return Policy for the EU and the United Kingdom:

1.       Send us an email at topbuxus, including your order number and a list of the items you wish to return.

2.       We’ll email you a prepaid return label so you can return the items for free.

3.       Affix the return label to the package and drop it off at a service point of the specified carrier.

4.       As soon as we receive the return in good condition, we will refund your purchase amount. It may take a few days for the money to appear back in your account, depending on the payment method you used to complete your order.

Please note that these are the exceptions to our return policy:

• The items must not show any visible signs of use.
• TOPBUXUS (parasitic wasps that control the box tree moth) cannot be returned.
• Free returns are only available for orders placed within the EU or the United Kingdom. If you live outside the EU or the UK and would like to return an item, please contact us at topbuxus
