Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the items ordered and the delivery address. Therefore, the correct shipping costs can only be displayed after you enter the delivery address.

Delivery times:

NOTE: Temporarily longer shipping times for the United Kingdom.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, it will take longer for you to receive your order than you are used to from us. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. We are doing our best to get the delivery time back to 1 day.

Netherlands/Belgium:

All orders we receive before 4 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped the same day with PostNL. Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered the next day (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Europe:

All orders we receive before 2 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped the same day with DPD. Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within 2-3 days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

United Kingdom:

We normally have all items in stock with our UK fulfilment partner, so your order will be shipped locally to provide you with the fastest possible delivery time. All orders received before 2pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day. Under normal circumstances your order will be delivered the next day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Rest of the World:

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within 5-10 days (excluding Sundays and holidays). If the webshop indicates that we cannot ship to your address, please contact us at contact@topbuxus.com so we can see what we can do for you.
